I stopped going to Aamco many years ago because of wrongful treatment by the then current management team. I have an ongoing issue with my vehicle. Three shops have had no idea what the cause of the problem is and a fourth shop telling me that I need a new engine. A friend referred me to Mark at Aamco stating that not only is he quite knowledgeable he is extremely honest. Mark had provided me with a solid explanation of the problem along with an estimate for the fix. It is a pleasure working with someone who is more concerned with resolving a customers problem than how much $$$ can be siphoned from the customers bank account. Mark was so helpful! I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I have been having some issues. I had gotten an estimate for a whole new transmission from another shop. Mark checked it out and discovered that the problem was actually smaller. Got me in quickly and saved me a lot of $$$. He sure knows his stuff and is very professional. 10/10 won’t be going anywhere else in Seattle for work on my car. What a great, honest and caring business!
