Mark is exceptional Took care of my truck in a timely manner.
Chris the owner is amazing! He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in a way that is easy to understand. We have a Jeep Wranger with ongoing transmission issues that our local Aamco (not Chris’s) is having a hard time diagnosing. We called Chris and he was willing to take a look. He got to it as soon as we dropped it off and had a diagnosis within a couple hours. He then called our local Aamco and worked with them on what he found. All of this was done with zero cost to us. Amazing customer service!!
Having been stranded at the onset of a 13,000 mile road trip, we had our car towed to Seattle and looked for a reputable transmission shop. Chris looked at the car right away and started to ordering parts. The transmission was repaired according to the schedule and price we were given.
